EssentialsX, and not multiverse allows you to tp to other players simply by using the /tp command or /tpa command regardless of worlds. Or atleast that should work.

Helpers and team members got much more to do then the forums and specifically requests. Besides that helpers only respond to requests when they're outside the appropriate subforum and are definitely gonna be rejected.
