I have the mod for it and so do my friends but it still prevents anyone from joining

I opened up a server using the CustomNPCs mod but my friends or anyone else wasnt able to join the server. Is there something i'm missing? Also i noticed theres only one mod for Galacticraft but the entire thing requires 3 mods...
