ff201819 is the name of the account.

Whenever I close my server and then start it, the options are reset. It's simple as that.

I am editing the options when the server is offline.

This doesn't affect my plugins, just the server options (Use cracked?, Allow command blocks?, etc.)

And honestly, setting up my server every time I want to turn it on is annoying.

I want a land protect plugin on my server.

I've tried to use the Residence plugin, but it didn't work at all. I gave myself the residence.admin perm node, and used /resadmin all the time. I've created a residence and set the build flag to false, but people still could modify the land. And since I don't want to build my server entirely from bedrock (to avoid griefing), I need help.
