There Are Two Plugins That I Feel Would Help With A Lot Of Servers, They Are:

CustomBanMessage, You Can Get This At https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/custombanmessage

This May Be Outdated, But Is Still Fully Supported (I Know Because I Have Hosted A Server On My Laptop With This Installed)

This Allows You To Make A Custom Message Displaying The Length, Reason, exc. On Ban.

Command Aliases, You Can Find This At https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/command-aliases.27416/

This Also May Seem A Bit Outdated, But Is Once Again, Fully Supported. I Have Had No Issues With It.

This Can Turn Something Like /warp hub To /hub, And /manu add To /rank.
