I tried entering /fml confirm into the console every 1-2 minutes and the server still shuts down after some time loading, any more ideas?

The Problem that i am having is that when i start my server, it goes through the queue, then ask me if i am still there, i click it and then it starts ,,Loading´´ after that it says ,,Starting´´ the Problem is it never finishes starting because it just goes back to offline after a few minutes. No errror messages and i didnt find anything in the console.
It worked fine just yesterday and the only thing that changed was that the Modpack (All the Mods 3) updated but i cant change the version manually anyway.
I hope you can help me with this, because i tried starting it at 12:00am today and from 8:00pm to 11:00pm and i really want to play my modpack with my friends.
