When I first started using Aternos, I had the same problem. But them I realised that I had EssentialsAntiBuild installed. You don't. However, you do have so many plugins that the server might be lagging too much. When you can't build or PvP, try using /tps to see the server's ticks per second. 20 is the best possible, the higher the number, the less server lag.
EssentialsProtect might also be the problem. Try disabling that.Also, what MC version is your server?

Hey. So recently i've been working on my server. I then wanted to break a block I accidentally placed and when I tried to break it, it won't break. Im in creative by the way. Heres a short video of whats going on. By the way i'll show you all my plugins and my log. ITS NOT WORLD GUARD. This happens in new worlds I create and areas that are not even regions. I can't break anything. The weird thing is is that I can place blocks. I just can't break them. Plus, I am OP on my server as well. Spawn protection is set to 0 and I have the permission modifyworld*. It's not world guard and theres no suggestions in the log. I don't think it would be any of my plugins because this happened when I just started up my server. EDIT: I CANT PVP AS WELL? HELP. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WORLDGUARD. IDK WHATS GOING ON. Heres a video, my log, and all my plugins:

This command is used by a big server named SkittleMC and sense then Ive saw a a-lot of comments on youtube videos that they want this plugin on their server and people were wondering how they could get it. This plugin is a lot of fun even though this plugin doesn't help too much. I think this plugin is pretty funny and I think if you added it people would have lots of fun with it and enjoy it. It's like a troll plugin. Aternos has a lot of other troll plugins so why not add this one? Its funny and everyone wants it. This command makes everyone sing "Help me help you, By Logan Paul." I think people will get lots of good laughs out of it and it would be fun for players on the server. If you could add this I would be very grateful. This is one plugin that I want and mostly a lot of people! Thanks!

Heyo! I currently run a 1.8.8 server with spiggot and whenever I try to download Cititzens (the npc plugin), it wont work. When I do /plugins, the plugin turns red and no commands will work. Can you tell me whats wrong?
