My exact problem is that when i try to use PermissionsEX commands(/pex group) after i maked the command "pex user UltraNova(my name) add *" on the console i can't use the commands even if i have all the permissions of pex, technically

Hi everyone, i'm a "pluginner" of a server aternos created by a friend. I added PermissionsEX to the server plugins, in the first time there was everything ok(the command /reload does not work so i stop and reactive the server directly)but when we "reloaded" the server PermissionsEX was gone, but the files were in the "Files" of the site of aternos. Can you fix this problem? Every time i reload the plugin goes away.

We tried to use another version but the problem is the same.
