i made a server with 50+ mods 2-3 years ago and the problems are caused by plugins not mods...

and what server type is this based on? Sponge?

This site is really cool and i really liked it.

But the only problem I see is that users can't actually add multiple mods...

It seems mods have a full server directory, instead of adding mods we are reinstalling whole server.
