The button looks like the screenshot. If it's the exact same, then why was it denied for following the guidelines?

When trying to search for the NametagEdit plugin I was given an older version from 2014.
Here is the link to the updated version which is compatible from versions 1.7 - 1.12.

The plugin allows users to set tablist prefixes and suffixes and to change their names.
The newest version was uploaded last Thursday.
