The IP should work without any problems (atm). At least from our side. The big problem with dynamically changed domains is the DNS caching. So your computer or your router saves where your server is running and gives you this saved IP next time you try to join your server even if the server isn't running there anymore. You can try to delete these caches on your computer with the command "ipconfig /flushdns" in cmd. (Windows)
