Ok well what does it mean for me?

My world got wiped and all plugins with it. Is there a way to recover the world? The backups were not turned on. Also i already made a ticket on support (3 days ago) but they ignore me...

So 2 days ago my server data got wiped (plugins and world). I wanted to take it to support but i have been ignored so here i am. Can someone just get my world data back? I dont mind the plugins. Thank you in advance for any kind of help.

Just made it work... there was a part missing. Or at least i think. It works for now... thx for your time man!

Also, i changed the server from Bukkit to Spigot recently... maybe the problem is there. No idea.

Btw added a few plugins ... i will delete them if needed.

So i just made a spigot server, have no plugins ... added them later. I can join the server via the dyn ip but not the main one. For some reason it wont join me as it should... Can you good people help me out on this one?
