I started the server and the loading screen comes out and ive been staring at it for like the last 50 mins

When i join my server the server log comes up with some random Spanish words and kicks me out 2 seconds later. I have restarted my server and tried several times but with no success. I tried looking into my console it said i keep disconnecting.
