Spoke too soon . . . The problem still remains. I got rid of builders utilities cus I no longer have a use for it but redstone is still failing me.

Redstone wont work on my server this is a real pain because me server is a roleplaying server and we would all like it to work. I know some pluggins could be the cause of this problem but the only 1 I have that i know is iffy is worldedit but I got rid of it, yet we still can't open a simple door with a button. Any clue how to fix this its very annoying.

My friend just made a survival series and I really don't want to be behind everyone. I attempt to get on the server every time i see it online. I do the normal check to see if its online on google everyday searching up candyband.aternos.me . Recently my friends have been telling me its online but i can't get on to the server for ages because it says server offline. I don't believe this so i searched up the ip which tells you the server status it did say online with 3 people on it. Why does Minecraft say its offline? I should also mention this happened the day of spigot releasing 1.13 into server modifications. Another thing we are using Pluggins but not large ones I'm just the only one that can't join. Please help, I'm already getting behind
