Here is the log for my most recent attempt:

This time the server went up with no issues, and when I tried to connect via the normal IP, I got a 'Connection Refused: No further information', and the server immediately started stopping.

Additionally, I've just tried to put the server up again, only for it to get stuck on 'loading', and eventually go offline. The log hasn't updated since the server didn't start.

Sure thing.

I've also tried a number of things, and it seems like the alternate IP address (I don't remember what it was called) works for some people, but not others.
But the server is rather inconsistent, this log is from the last time it was up. I believe it was working this time around, but I'm not sure if anyone else also tried to connect. -
So I'm able to connect to the server myself, and a fair number of friends also appear to have no issue.
But it seems like whenever one of my friends in particular attempts to connect, he will get a refused connection, and everyone else will be timed out of the server.
Additionally, the server itself will go down, and there doesn't appear to be anything in the log/console to show for it.
Any suggestions?Edit: I'm running FTB Continuum 1.3.1
And I apologize if this is the wrong subforum.
