the server crashed

I stopped the server around 10:30pm then i opened it and i was back at a building that i waset at and nothing was saved and i did /save-all like 5 times and it still didnt save

Me and my friend are getting REALLY annoyed with aternos servers. First we have a issue then we have another issue. Now we have a issue about the world not saving and now my friend will prob quit minecraft bcause of it.

When people go invisible you can see them invisible

Right when i start it my friends join then after 2 mins it says "Timed out" then server closes

My server haset been going online in a long time idk if the world is too big or what. bcause i downloaded the world and putted it on another server but that server iset starting and i just made it.

Im trying to start my server but its not starting. I switched it to 1.13 Bukkit because its the newest version, but it wont start at all. Then i switched back to 1.12.2 Bukkit not its not even starting and i dont know why. Now it says "Starting..." then it says "Stopping..." so i dont know what to do
