If you are using mods, and the server wont start, then it is most likely a broken mod, or maybe one of your mods need a support mod. So, to fix a modded server not starting, check you logs if there is a broken mod, then just delete that particular mod. However, if you are using a modpack, there is not much you can do, since you can not delete a separate mod in the modpack.
---
A mod/modpack might run just fine when you started to use it. But it can break at any time. Some might not even start. Cause the more you use it, the more RAM you need, and since aternos has a RAM limit (Cant rly complain, its free) it will eventually give up and start to crash.
---
We always try to get the best possible balance between our limited resources (since we are free and we don't want to change that) and the best performance. Especially for modpacks, this is really hard to achieve. We test the modpacks in our system to ensure that they are at least starting and that basic playing is possible. Because modpacks are always a bit different and the load on our host systems is also always different we cannot guarantee anything here. But we decided to still offer modpacks on our platform because we want to offer as many options to customise your server as possible and most of the modpacks are pretty playable most of the time.

If so, download your world (To save it in multiplayer). Then change to 1.12.2 and generate a new world
-
it means the server cant keep up lel. Its overloaded...
I guess you're running 1.13 -
Use the log share feature. It's there for a reason
-
If you want to share your logs, use the share feature instead.. Would make it all way easier
-
lel. How comes no1 knows what a queue is?

-
First off... 1.13 is laggy overall. It is pretty heavy, and totally unoptimized. So you should experience som lag just by that. Then you install datapacks, which affects the server even more.. I would recommend to downgrade to 1.12.2, since there is no permanently fix for your problem.
Download your world from 1.13 (To save it in singleplayer). Then downgrade to 1.12.2, and generate a new world -
Something like having the server open longer after no1 is online i guess.. Tho that wont happen Helm xD
-
i guess you dont know there's a log share feature...

-
:O As i said, technical issues xD
-
Shops plugin are not hard to use
If you cant figure them out yourself, use youtube. And if it doesnt work, try another plugin. I'd suggest trying to configure it on your own, cause if others will do it for you.. Well, you'll never learn
-
The skin thing could just be a bug. But if your server's cracked, then thats why.
Tho for the reset thing, well... Its 1.13 xD1.13 is pretty heavy, and its highly unoptimized - even tho its an official release. 1.13 has brought up some rly weird issues, now this might be cause its 1.13, but maybe not. As SMASHER said, share ur logs xD
-
It's in the Magenta theme xD

I dont think they will, the popularity of the old version are pretty low on Aternos. If you'd still wanna do this, i'd recommend Hamachi.
Still, im just guessing this is the case.. But it might be cause of technical issues or something, but yeah anyway, try Hamachi xD -
Also why i said use bedrock.....
-
rly? that didnt work for me xD
-
and why cant you give us access to ftp it would be really useful we can backup all
of our worlds if we have a multiworld server and we could also backup the files for the pluginsand could you also add an option to upload plugins
these are the only two more things i expect to be on aternos especially since you are the only free minecraft server hosts and all the other server hosts offer this but they are paid
You can backup your worlds *Facepalm*

Bedrock has command block support. Tho no plugin support.. So you'd have to choose
-
Well, that isnt a default command, to tp a player to another player is it? Think you have to add something that adds it to the system, like essentialsx does?
