Update: it seems to just be sitting on starting now idk what is going on

So i just started my first server here a week ago and everything was going well until i tried to get on today. It just cycles through sitting in the queue for about a minute regardless of how long it says the wait is then to starting for about 10 min then it says its online but i cant get on because it says its still offline on my server list on mc. Then after a few minutes it goes back to stopping and offline and i start it all over again. Please help! Also I've been doing this for like an hour on my computer and my phone with the same result.
