Whenever I try to download the world, it always gives me an 'Error occurred' sign. Is the world data too big bc it's around 540MB

It still works if I reinstall and create a new world, but it's just that backup that isn't working. We put a lot of effort in it so I don't think any of us wants to restart the whole process in a new world.

Yes I did both but it's still not working

Other players are also unable to join the server, they said that they get that same ‘Encrypting’ screen that I got when I try to log on and also no I don’t have a cracked MC account

My aternos username is Kurouchi, and for the software it's just Vanilla 1.13 (or if it's the computer, I'm using MacOS)

I'm pretty sure I did that, although I'm not sure if it sent, since it just sends me to a page that says the log will be saved for 72 hours and so on.

Issue With Joining Server

Apologies for making another thread, but after I sent out the log info in my previous thread, my issue is still not resolved and there were no responses after I shared the log info. I tried to use a different account with the backup but it only resulted in the same '???' issue.

Alright I pasted the full log into the server and saved it. Also no I do not have any plugins on my server, I tried reinstalling my world and using the backup/download but it only resulted in the same issue.

This is all I got in logs next to the Server loading properties.

My server was working perfectly fine for the last three days or so ever since I started, but it suddenly timed out yesterday and I thought a quick refresh would bring it back online. However, after I restarted it, the player amount was changed from '0/10' to '???' and when I tried joining it would leave me on the 'Encrypting' page before directing me back to Timed Out. The same thing happened to my friends when they tried to join. I've never encountered this before, and I sent out a support ticket yesterday but received no answer yet, so if it's possible to tell me how to fix this problem it would be very much appreciated. Thanks (Note: I tried reinstalling the server and using backups instead but none of those work)
