there is no problem in the log its normal and the server shuts down within 2-5 minutes due to make sure that the recources can be used by a player who plays on his server. Try to start it and then to refresh your client(multiplayer window refresh button) multiple times after the server started.

I went in console and did the "op (my user)" and on my server I can do the /help and get a few commands. But I want to also be able to kick and ban people. What do I have to write in console to allow myself to do this or is there something else to do?
well there should be a command /kick and /ban there you can type behind the command the username to ban /kick the player

he should have its not a problem from the plugin or if hes op or not the problem is that his player file in the world like i said is bugged and he has to delete it.

Like one player in your other thread said send us the full log with the share button on aternos.org/log so we can see the full log.

you have to delete your player.dat in the world folder then it should work and when you dont find it its the (UUID).dat

You have to use another version of PermissionsEX because it causes errors and thats why it wont load

your world is corrupted you have to generate a new world in order to fix this.
