yes, i play 1.13 vanilla, without any plugins, with one more friend.

Today i made a server and right from the start it was very laggy when it loaded new chunks. I knew that this was normal and will stop eventually, but it didnt. Even when i didnt load new chunks, the same message appear in my console : "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 15769ms or 315 ticks behind". Sometimes when i load new chunks, it even crashes. What to do?
