Im not able to join my friends server, but I can join my own. The connection trick (just changing software) works on my server but not his.

So, I did some tinkering. My issue may be caused by the software on the server; like Spigot only works for certain versions while I can play all Bukkit versions. (Keep in mind Im not using mods, only Software at the moment.) I have tried the DynIP for my friends server along with the official IP. I also tried Direct Connect and the browser.
(But my friend uses Bukkit on his server?) -

((I also checked the log on my server and it's identical in every way))
But this issue happens on every reinstall. Ive tried every version of MC and I still get this issue, on every Aternos.me server. It says the server is online with ther personalized link and people can join and all, but not me. I just get the "cant connect" error where it says Online or Offline. -

My last thread got shut down but a moderator of the forums with no answer. They asked me for the server logs and immediately shut the thread down.
If it's possible I'd like some actual help this time.
I only get this reoccurring error message: "io.netty.channel.Abstract$ChannelAnnotatedConnectException: Connection Timed out: No further information" -

Everytime I go to join my friends' Aternos server, I always get the same issue
"io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection time out: no further information"
And thats with the normal IP. I get the same error message when I use the Dyn IP as-well.All it says for the message in the multilayer screen is that I can't connect to server. Any help?
