Hello there! So ive been messing around with different plugins but couldn't find ones to my liking.

so here are my problems and what id like for my multiworld factions and skyblock server

RankMaster- i'd like a plugin that has ranks (with custom vip gui /vip). going like vip 1 vip 2 vip 3 vip4 vip5 vip 6 vip 7 Assistant moderator admin dev owner (each higher rank has what the lower has too)

vip one has access to basic stuff like a custom vip menu (with stuff like potion effects and vip only items) and /disguise with /pet. vip 2 can tp and warp to areas vip 3 can use /sethome and /hat and also /vanish. vip4 can /tpahere and /chest and /craft . vip5 can /fly and /god vip 6 can use /gm 1 (but creative blocks disappear and you can't drop creative items either). vip 7 can use /enderchest. Assistants have up to vip5 in permission but can also kick warn and jail. moderators can ban and temp ban players and have up to vip6 in permssion +assistant perms. they can also edit other islands and factions including safezone. admins can claim unclaim any faction and use sudo openinv and worldedit. they can have moderator perms ontop of that. devs are =admins except they have access to certain commands admins don't (configurable). owners have access to all the commands.

also i'd like vip to be like this in chat:

also i'd like vips to have their tags be light blue & assistants too (assistant chat is blue too). mods being yellow and theit chat being yellow. Admins being orange and their chat being orange.

i'd like this to be configurable for the vip menu and chat tags w permission. if there arent any plugins for certain aspects of this please create that with this permission and chat plugin to be. (ps list the required plugins to be able to use all of the commands i specified so i don't forget to add em)

A chat channel plugin (accp): i want this to be like this:

/ch opens channel gu showing the channels

/ch g global channel (multiworld) (light gray color in chat)

/ch w world channel (per world) (light gray color in chat)
/ch h Help channel (multiworld) (red color in chat)

/ch l Local channel (goes up to 100 blocks away) (light gray color in chat)

/ch t Trade channel (Multiworld) (dark aqua color in chat)

/ch f Faction channel (in factions worlds only) (blue color in chat)

/ch s Staff channel (multiworld) (hidden on channel menu)

/ch a Faction Ally channel (in factions worlds only) (dark green color in chat)

Also shows which channel and worldthe messae is coming from like this:

there should be /ignore and a anti spam filter in global.

i want this part to be configurable so i can set a initial for each world that i might add.

issues i currently have: i can't use /spawn in indiviual worlds. im uing Pwp and essteinals along with multiverse core and lobbyapi

i know this is a tall order but please do if possible.

Hello. So what happened was after downloading massivecore my server started acting weird.

i stopped it to remove a plugin that was causing issues (perworldplugins since it wasn't configured). after that i tried reinstalling it but it didn't process. doesn't show up in files nor ingame or in command area.

doesn't install anything not just this plugin

What Happened?
