Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible to add the mod Costumes?

Costumes is a mod that adds armors to the game based around character designs. These range from mario, to a gingerbread man, to bob the builder, to a zookeeper etc. Seeing as its october and halloween is right around the corner I was hoping to be able to add this mod to my server

UPDATE
I have found out that I can direct connect just fine using the dyn IP that gets generated everytime you start the server. so why my computer/internet/whatever doesn't like the static one is a mystery to me haha
Also I tested pinging it through both my router and cmd prompt which you can see the results below.
All of a sudden for no reason I can't connect to my server. I played just fine like 3 days ago, but now it wont even ping it in my server list. and if i try to direct connect I get the error "io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception". what makes this really weird is, my friend can connect just fine. ive tried restarting minecraft, restarting my pc, and even upgrading to a newer version of forge. none of it helped. I don't understand it.
Hey I'm running a 1.12.2 server and noticed that Mo'Creatures isn't available for 1.12.2 in the mods library despite having a release for that version of MC, I was wondering if that could get updated? thanks
So my server runs fine when its just vanilla 1.12.2, I upload my pre-existing world and everything loads just fine. but when i install bukkit for 1.12.2 and install the plugin TreeCapitator suddenly when I join i am then immediately booted and my server shuts down. it accompanies this log: https://mclo.gs/N9g9aF5
I looked up things from the log to a degree, which the chunk stuff alludes to my world files being corrupted, but the exact same files work perfectly fine before the bukkit plugin, so if its corrupting the world then I have no idea why.
Any clue as to whats going on would be helpful, thanks
