so i made kitpvp and lobby im using proscoreboard on lobby and kitpvp scoreboard on kitpvp why does it doest show on sidebar pls help i really need help

So here it is im going to make skyblock and factions how can i separate there warps like im on the skyblock world then i type /warps and i only see skyblock on the list and if i go in faction world i only see /warp faction how can i make this ASAP Pls
