On which difficulty are you ? Easy, Normal, Hard ?
Or it is about the spawn protection, maybe, try to put it to 0 in your server settings.
I'm not a professional in healping people, so excuse me if it didn't work.

Heya guys
When I launch my server, it says : "starting". Then, like everyone, I wait for the server to start, but it immediately crashes (go to "stopping")
