You might have poor bandwidth when connecting to the server, that is what I found what happens with me

There is two problems.
One: the world you're playing on is saved with the following mods. . .
1- codchickenlib.
2- Just Enough Items.
3- Not Enough Items.
So I guess you should start a new world.
And the second problem is: the mods IndustrialCraft 2 and ProjectE requires another versions on your client
IndustrialCraft 2 requires the version 2.8.100-ex112
And ProjectE requires version 1.12PE1.3.1B.

I've installed the mod pack and started the server and played without any problem.

Head to the files tap and you'll find two types of files one is .jar file and the other one is a folder, chose the folder and an other files will appear, open the config.yml file and edit. Hope that helped. Good luck!

Try to start the server before adding any plugin then stop it and add the plugins and start it again, that works with me. Good luck!

Whenever I turn the server on, after the word “starting” it's instantly turns to “stopping” and the server turns off, I'm using 1.7.10
I've tried it many times and the same issue, hope you fix it soon
