I wanted to request the mod Intangible.

Intangible is all about "extracting" the souls of different creatures and manipulating them, ex. infusing them into your body to cast a variation of different spells. In the end game, one may create a deity wich you can give different powers, and thenworship to become a "priest" of this deity, or damage it, if you are after the deity's avatar's soul.
Intangible was written by the same Author who also wrote Witchery, a mod wich got requested a lot of times
and eventually got accepted. There is no "Release" version available (just like for witchery) but after playing a long time, I can say the mod is fairly stable.
The thing about this mod is that it's very multiplayer based (like witchery), and it is so unkown that I couldn't find a server that hosts both 1.8.9 and this mod, but I found it a very interesting idea to start a war between multiple factions wich have different deities. Additionally, a Thaumcraft-Intangible-AbyssalCraft playthrough with friends is what I wanna do. Problem being, I don't have the money nor the resources to host a server with these mods.
