RE: shaders

shaders are only for client, you can't put them in a server

To use a shader on your server you just need to install the shader on your PC. Once you installed the shader on your PC, it will work on any server you play on. Adding a shader to your server to automatically prompt players to download it (like a resource pack) is not possible because shaders are not a vanilla feature.
