Did you exactly delete the folder and .jar file of the plugin before installing the new version?

If so, I don't know what the problem is. Try to contact the creator of the plugin.

Have you tried running the server again? Does it happen again?

It could be a visual problem. I happen to have a server still in the queue, but it's actually already running. Restarting the page helps to fix it. You may have it actually started and shut down.

If that happens every time you start the server, then I don't know what the problem is

Could you send logs with the new version of the plugin? The current logs say that you use 5.2-snapshot, which can't even be downloaded anymore.

I think so:

The server shuts down because it has no players on it

There are no players on it because Micau183 can't go in, because it doesn't have the right mods, or has the wrong versions

Does the server shut down before the timer expires?

I think that most of this queue are people who didn't get to the server or were nodding for AFK. It seems to me that if you at least increase the server shutdown timeout, the queue will be smaller
