it would really be a big fat Thumbs up if you'd make the folder editing Realtime, so while the server is running , you can save and then the files would change on the server, so if i were to do a reload command in-game for a plugin, it will reload instead of Restarting or just make it realtime edits. I get super irritated restarting the server each and everytime I edit the plugin folders.

I'm trying to use Commands, and Download Plugins for my Spigot 1.13.2 server, BUT THEY DON'T WORK!!!! How do I work out the Pluhins if they do not work, even I AM OP!!!! Help!

Ok, so If you try WorldEdit itself, it doesn’t work properly you will need WorldGuard to do that.
So that is why i’m requesting WorldGuard, Because you get to add Protected Areas where people cannot destroy, Disable Fall Damage in that area “Great for Droppers where you want the person to fall on the Lime Block and Survive, even from a Fall Height! And disable people from Breaking Blocks No more “Haha I will break this guy’s blocks when he leaves” It will be Protected by WorldGuard!
I know you can add it
