Hi so I'm trying to set up a modded 1.12.2 Forge server on Aternos. My friend is completely able to log into the server while i can't. Can someone help?

also i should add that i have tried most client things such as checking my fire wall and resarting my computer.
and also we are playing vanilla 1.13.1 (i had optifine but i deleted it but there is no difference.)
I have been unable to join my friend's server for a while. This error pops up occasionally for each one of us rendering the server unplayable. Every other server I try to play on works. Can anyone help us??
it normally allows me around less than 10 seconds of moving around before kicking me out of the server. this happens consistently please help
