NOTE: I see the older requestions and you guys said no server pack available. In older versions it has server pack. Please add older versions and when new server pack released you guys can update it.

Why we can't upload any plugin ?

I want to use chestshop plugin but it needs vault and any economy plugin.
I installed vault but it says it need reserve plugin and i can't find it in plugins. (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/reserve.50739/)

Basically please make upload plugin or add this plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/reserve.50739/
