Hello, Good Morning I would suggest adding the nLogin Plugin. To protect the servers, from what I've seen it is one of the best Login plugins. Protects from Bots and Thefts. In addition to being constantly updated it is currently in version 1.14X of minecraft.

Hello, I would like to suggest a ping plugin (as there are already several plugins with the name ping I will skip this part).

With this plugin you can see the ping of you and also of other players, with menu for staffs.
Versions: 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 (and possibly 1.11)
