Is there a way to save my world if I switch to spigot? Like if I create a backup will I be able to use it on spigot?

A few days ago I started a new survival server for me and my friends, but it just closes at random times and I'm not completely sure why it does it.
The logs say stuff about overloading, I'm not sure how to fix that or if that's the problem.
here's the general information about the server itself.
