Every time I turn off my server and turn it back on I lose op and have to go back to the console and op myself.

So I can’t make myself admin in my own server. I tried /op evolved doggo on the console but it didn’t work so I tried /op “evolved doggo” and that didn’t work to. I’ve also tried + but it still doesn’t work. Anyone please help me if you know what’s going on
