Me and a few friends have been playing on my vanilla server for about a year and naturally generated quite a few chunks (1587 to be exact) I fear this has contributed to my whopping 0.05 TPS. Even after failed attempts of ClearLag I can't purge the server in the slightest to render it fully playable. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help, Thank You.

On my server I installed Multiverse to see if it would work for my needs, but after I used it I decided to just use my original world instead but when I turned my server back to vanilla my end and nether were both reset, can you tell me how to fix this?
