Log from when the server is online and it times out.

This is the log that happened when i tried to load up the server today. It was starting up but never finished, and eventually just began stopping. I'll keep trying to get the server online so i can show the logs from when its online and times out.
Also the modpack is Mianite reborn from technic.

I'm not really sure what to make of this and I've tried looking in the logs but haven't seen any consistent things popping up. It happens when my friend is on the server too and I don't think it's internet related. Sorry I'm new to the forums if this is in the wrong place or you need other info :).
