so i got this error when i tried joining a friends server, he enabled cracked and it still wont let me in halp also im cracked pleb yes but i cant afford premium xdddd

This happened dozens of times in just a couple of days. I was too lazy to report it away, but I simply can't handle it anymore. Let me play in peace for crying out loud. Its giving me headaches that I need to wait a whole hour for my server to start, and when I'm having fun I just time out, and the server goes offline. I'm using 1.13.1 w/ the Bukkit plugin, and my internet service provider is a public company called Metkom. It's fast and efficent, I rarely have any problems with it. I can barely enjoy my gameplay with glitching animals and being randomly teleported, I don't need this on top of everything. I hope you can understand how annoying and repetitive this is, and maybe try to fix it.

I made a stupid mistake of bringing all my diamonds and food with me in the End as I was going head-to-head with the Ender Dragon. Obviously, I failed miserably. Fortunately, I had backups enabled and a new one was created about an hour before I went to the End, I've enabled it and it showed the settings icon rolling. Two and a half hours later, It's still spinning. I tried deleting other old backups to clear up some space (even although I only wasted 1.26gb/15gb) but after two seconds the page would just refresh and those old backups would still be there. Please fix this or offer a solution ASAP, I wanna play MC. In addition, I will leave answers to some common questions asked when people experience these issues

1. I'm not getting anything on the log

3.I live in croatia and my service provider is a public company Metkom. I barely have any issues with it, its always 4 or 5 bars with 300kb/s speed on computers. I highly doubt my internet connection is at fault here.

Hello, I launched it once more and it worked. Regardless, I kept getting horrible lag, I was surrounded by fifteen fricking mobs and they were doing nothing, when it unglitched i was dead. I would mine a few block and it would send me back so many blocks so I'd switch the route and while doing so it teleported me back to the original strip line. The lag was unbearable, my friends were complaining for the whole time. And although we somehow accepted to play anyway, the server randomly stopped, This happened more than 20 times this week, and I dont remember a single time i played MC on aternos without it happening. Several people reported this on the forums, and I tried on my friends and my grandparents' house, so I think you need to realise how inconsisten Aternos can get and try to fix it instead of blaming peoples' connection. I really don't wanna hate, but this is simply awful, I never had such a bad experience in MC multiplayer. I'll re-try later tonight, I understand a huge part of it is the fact that there's lots of people in queue.

I'd also like to add that I don't always receive the same error, but I receive "Disconnected" most of the times. I will google the issue and see what can be done in regards of this, maybe the reason you're able to access is because you're a staff member, or perhaps is it my internet issue? Lots of people have been reporting similar problems so I would not rely on the latter.

EDIT 2: I googled this as well, apparently configuring view distance isn't a feature in Aternos. Thank you for your help anyways, I guess I was never destinied to enjoy life.

Hello Roman, thank you for looking into things, but I re-tried and the error is still there!
I suppose I'll give it a shot later tonight, this is just so stressful.

So I start the server, wait in queue, confirm my presence, wait a bit more til the server is started. After its finally done (during afternoon this takes up to 45 minutes) I launch it. After 10 or so seconds of "loading terrain" I receive the error "Disconnected". I kept relaunching the server over and over again, but with no success. When i finally got in, i couldnt open any chests nor attack anyone, and within seconds I got disconnected again. I suppose this is Aternos' fault as I tried it on my friends laptop. In addition, I was looking through forums and threads so I will be answering most of the question asked by staff members upon hearing these complains.



-No, I do not receive any logs, I triple-checked.

-I live in Metkovic, Croatia, my network is called "Metkom" and I do not use a VPN software.

-My Aternos username is TrackMiJePusioKurac (inside joke in croatian).



I hope this error gets resolved quickly as I got super addicted to MC bukkit and the fact I cant get in just sucks, I already have enough stuff frustrating me with school and everything. Aternos is a free server host, so I never expected anything TOO much, but this is just getting out of hand.
