I've tried to login using what I thought was the password, but it doesn't work, and when I try to reset my password it says the account doesn't exist.

Hi! I've been using Aternos for around a month now to host a server with some friends, and while I was starting the server, I was suddenly logged out and the website tells me my username doesn't exist. Have I lost my world, or is there any way to get it back? Thanks
