no but i opened the sever with a 1.12 forge version and i had all the items n shit but it didn't let me spawn them and no biomes generated

i switched it to vanilla mc 1.12.2 and it works but the mods n mo biomes don't work

I did that and it says it generated but when I try to run the server it says its starting but then says stopping and goes offline instead of going online

I tried to put Biomes o plenty on my server and the server isn't working I'm using the BiomesOPlenty-1.12.2-7.0.1.2419-universal version because it says that's the latest version but the server doesn't start with it can i have help? (i even tried the BiomesOPlenty-1.12.2-7.0.1.2425-universal version and the server wouldn't start either)
