Hey! I had the same problem but this methods might help you.
- Try to disable your firewall
- Restart your minecraft and server at the same time
- Use the DynIP
- Update Java
- Flush your DNS (This one worked for me)

Checking in again.. So after a couple of tries it worked.. I joined the server but after around 15 - 25 Seconds i got kicked for the same Java Error (Java.io Remote host error thing)

Hey just checking in so i tried to join again today without my friend a couple times here's the log.

I got the remote host error, My internet is perfectly fine. I did check the console. My Server is Vanilla My friend and i could access the Server with no problems until i encountered this error but my friend can still join the server without problems. -
Hello Aternos Community, i've been playing on my Survival 1.13.2 Server for a few days. And just today about 6 hours ago i got disconnected, I reconnected it gives me the Java Error. I Tried about 5 more times nothing. Try restarting the server and using the DYN IP Nothing. I've tried: Disable firewall, Reconnecting to my internet, Restarting the server, Using the DYN IP, Restart my PC. Please help me!
Reasons on what i got when it kicked me:
Java.io errors thing, Disconnected, Timed out.
Okay i fixed this by flushing my DNS but it takes about 7 - 20 Tries to get on the server but worth it.
