This plugin will make the skin of all type of accounts, even the premium ones visible to non-premium account. This will allow everybody to see each other's skin instead of looking at Steve. So, everyone will finally be able to see each other's skin because of this plugin. This skins system works fine with any Bukkit fork, such as Spigot or Sponge.
