So I got a friend who can't connect, others can, he set up his own server to test, he can't connect to that, he's in the Netherlands, I can provide the ip if needed, but if it's a known thing then there is no need.
What steps should we take? I can't use /pardon-ip as that is for the server itself, it's like the whole ip is blocked, as it doesn't show him the server being online.
Can anybody help?

First thanks for your service offered to us.
Seconds, is it possible in anyway, to allow us to add additional mods to an already downloaded mod pack?
Like I want to run ATML3:Lite, but I've heard there is a mod that will allow Discord Integration, but I can't add it.
I thought about going to the ATM3:Lite page and listing the files in the pack, and then setting up a 'Forge' server and manually adding the mods, but I come across, real quick, some dependencies that were not available, so I can't go down that route.
Are there any options available for what I need?
This is the log file, it appears to end at line 5000 so I can't see if there is a reason for the crash and the red sections don't really give me an indication to any issues/errors.
All The Mods Lite works ok, as it's a cut down version, do I'm thinking it's a mod within the pack, but I don't know which one.
