Completely vanila server. Problem idk what was the matter but i downloaded the world and uploaded it again and it works. Thanks everyone!

My server works perfectly fine but today i realized that suddenly no hostile mobs are spawning in the server even local and server difficulty are set to Normal. And mob spawn is enabled. Thanks.
