I've tried with both Forge versions, and neither of them worked for me. The server needs more recent version than either of them.

I've encountered the same issue and wanted to report it, I'm glad that this is being worked on.

could you add "RotaryCraft" and "ReactorCraft" mod? ReactorCraft is depending on RotaryCraft to function (even though it's not listed in dependencies on Curseforge.
