The issue usually happens after 5 - 10 minutes after they've joined, so I don't believe it to be a chunk loading error, and the log doesn't show error, because the server still thinks that we're all in the server.

I'm hosting a server with a decent amount of mods installed onto it, but for a while it didn't seem to have any issues, but as of recent, I've run into an issue with a specific player joining. Every time that one person joins, the server says that everyone's timed out, and no one can join. Though Aternos still says that everyone who was there is still there. Please help, I've tried everything to fix this issue. Thanks in advance
