Some time ago I have a problems with my server,I could not find a suitable version of the mod.
The mod which I want to install Advanced Solar Panels for IC2 isn`t supporting version of minecraft below 1.10
Searches on the Internet have shown that there is a version of the mod from the same developer, but already suitable for versions of the game below 1.10
I ask your team to add this mod named "Advanced Solars Classic"

This mod adds a solar panels which generate more energy than basic panels.
I hope your team help me.
