I’m trying to ban a player and make it look like a connection problem. Will they know if they’re banned or not?

I keep on disconnecting from the server even though my wifi speedtest is saying im on 30 mbps? It keeps saying I disconnected, and when I look at the logs, it says my connection timed out. My server is in Asia and this always happens in the afternoon/PM time. Help is much appreciated.
