First of all, thank you for replying so quickly. I understand that uploading software that will then be run on your servers is a security risk. In my particular case, all I want to do is make a backup of the server and potentially run it on my own system. As mentioned before, some files necessary to fully backup the server are located within its root directory. If I'm unable to modify these files, would it be possible for me to just download them?

I'm currently trying to backup my modded server (Revenge of the C Team). I've successfully backed up my world (though now the file I downloaded is too large to re-upload. But that's a separate issue), however I also want to back up the data associated with the Journey Map mod.

The map data from this mod is stored directly in the server's directory under the "Journey Map" directory. I am aware that full access to the server's files is not currently possible, though I'm unsure why that is. Are there any plans to implement a feature like this? If not, why? Are there some technical or financial limitations getting in the way?
