Recently I have been experiencing a reoccurring issue whenever I am unbanned from a server, I still am unable to join due to me still apparently being "Banned by the operator". I made a thread recently on the same issue. Can someone help?

You're joining the server to do what? I believe this is in fact a BUG and doing /pardon will do nothing. I will wait for a member of the Aternos team to go ahead and respond to me because I am being told you are just running around on the server doing nothing. I don't believe that you are apart of the Aternos team.

No plugins are being used for the server and the version for the game is 1.14

My friend recently banned me from one of his servers. Once he did decide to unban me, I tried joining but it still said that I was banned. He went and checked the ban list but there were no people banned. Can someone help?
